From Points North
Take Interstate 81 South to Exit 155 – Dorrance. Make a left at the end of the off ramp and go .3 miles to a stop sign. Make a right turn onto South Main Road and follow for .75 miles to a stop sign. Make a right turn onto PA Route 309 and follow for .85 miles. Turn slight right onto Old Turnpike Rd and then a right at the community entrance onto Sand Springs Drive. Continue on Sand Springs Drive (Clubhouse will be on right onto Clubhouse Drive) and make right onto Long Run Road. Take Long Run Road and make right onto Fairway Drive, Model Home on left.
From Points South

Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 262 – PA 309 – Mountain Top/Hazleton. Turn right at the end of the off ramp onto PA Route 309. Follow PA 309 for .58 miles and make a sharp left turn onto Old Turnpike Rd and then a right at the community entrance onto Sand Springs Drive. Continue on Sand Springs Drive (Clubhouse will be on right onto Clubhouse Drive) and make right onto Long Run Road. Take Long Run Road and make right onto Fairway Drive, Model Home on left.
From Points West
Take Interstate 80 East to Exit 262 – PA 309 – Mountain Top/Hazleton.Turn left at the end of the off ramp onto PA Route 309.
