The Sand Trap Grille

The Dining Room

If you are looking to enjoy a quiet evening out with family and friends in an intimate setting, our golf-inspired Dining Room provides just the right atmosphere. Rest assured that everything will be prepared to your liking by our superb chef and served by our friendly staff.

If you have a special intimate gathering in mind—such as a bridal or baby shower, holiday party or business luncheon—then our Dining Room is the ideal setting for you.

In the privacy of our dining room, which accommodates up to 65 guests, you can choose from our extensive business luncheon menu, an affordable banquet menu—or create your own menu with the assistance of our efficient event coordinator.

For your convenience, we also offer a projection screen and Internet access. We will be happy to work with you to create a flawless event that is effortless for you!

Enclosed Outdoor Facility

Sand Springs features an enclosed outdoor facility with a garden-like setting for parties of 50 to 220 guests—complete with dance floor, cordless microphone and music system.

Just outside of the facility is a 1,500-square-foot patio with a beautiful fountain, stunning pergola and striking granite-top bar. This is the perfect setting for any wedding, retirement, business lunch, golf tournament or anniversary party!

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a terrific setting for a summertime gathering—especially if that gathering requires incredible food and plenty of games such as quoit boards, bocce ball courts, tennis courts and a driving range!

We also have options for a kids’ bounce house, birthday cakes, piñatas and so much more. The pavilion can accommodate up to 150 people. It’s ideal for graduation parties, children’s birthday parties, family reunions, relaxed golf tournaments and more.
