Convenient Location Sand Springs Golf Course is nestled along the Nescopeck Ridge in Butler Township, Luzerne Country, Pennsylvania, near the intersection of I-80 and I-81—an easy commute for the passionate golfer.

The meticulously maintained, par 72 public course stretches over 6,613 yards and includes multiple tee boxes to challenge any level of golfer. Bent grass greens, tees and fairways are the ultimate playing surface with beautiful shading between fairways, greens and rough.

Tee times are recommended (call 570-788-5845). Ten-minute starting intervals limit play and ensure a pleasant pace.

The Clubhouse

At the clubhouse, our friendly golf shop staff awaits your arrival. We offer a well-stocked shop and GHIN (handicap system). We also offer tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a driving range and an expansive practice green.

From fundraisers to company outings, Sand Springs is the ideal place to hold your golf tournament. From the moment you walk into the clubhouse until you tap in your final putt, our clubhouse staff will create an incredible golf experience.
