Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Of course! This list can be found on our website under the “Wedding” drop down tab and when you arrive for your first appointment, we provide you with a professional book listing out all our preferred vendors including their contact information. Each vendor selected to be on our preferred list is meticulously chosen based on their professionalism, organization and 5-star reviews from our previous Sand Springs couples.
Is your pricing subject to Tax and Gratuity?
When you receive our packages at your initial inquiry, you will notice that all our package prices are all inclusive. So Yes! They do include tax and gratuity, so you do not have to worry about adding in those numbers/percentages yourself.
What do your packages include?
Each of our packages include hors d’oeuvres for your cocktail hour, dinner, open bar, and a dessert. However, keep in mind that all our packages can be customized to fit your vision for your special day! We suggest reviewing our list of complimentary amenities on page 4 of our packages as it lists out everything included for the day of your wedding.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or vegan meals?
Absolutely. Based on the dietary restrictions required of your guests, our coordinators will work hand in hand with our kitchen staff to provide you an adequate list of options for your guests.
What is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather for our ceremony and cocktail hour?
Since ceremonies and cocktail hours are typically held in our outdoor Gardens, sometimes Mother Nature can get in the way of those plans. In that case, couples will have the option to host their ceremony under the Pavilion instead of on the uncovered altar area provided in this space. If the weather is very unsuitable for any guests to be outside, your ceremony can be moved inside the Celebrations Ballroom in front of our grand fireplace! The same contingency plan would also be in place for your cocktail hour.
Who sets up our wedding decorations?
With your on-site wedding reception, our staff will set up all your wedding decorations on your big day! We will also pack up your decorations for you at the end of the evening as well. Your room fee will cover this labor for you so that you do not have to worry about these details while you are preparing for the big day.
Do you host more than one wedding per day?
No. Every couple deserves personal attention on their wedding day. We do host more than one wedding each weekend, but we feel hosting one wedding per day provides all our couples that personal service they are looking for.
Do you offer a tasting? If so, does it cost anything?
Every couple that books their special day at Sand Springs will receive a complimentary tasting 6-8 months prior to the wedding day. This is complimentary for you and your future hubby/wifey along with two other guests and includes 4 entrees and sides to taste. If you may be interested in trying wedding cake or inviting more guests to take part in the tasting, there would be additional fees.
Can we bring in our own food and/or alcohol?
Unfortunately, due to our food and beverage policy we do not allow any outside food and beverage to be brought into our venue. The only exception would be for specialty baked goods that would need to be brought the day of the wedding. Do not forget, we are a full-service catering venue so if there is something special you are looking for, we are always open to new ideas and making that a reality for you on the big day!
Do you have a space for the Bridal party to get ready?
We have a very spacious on-site bridal suite also known as our Epernay Room. This is a complimentary space given to our couples the day of the wedding from 8 am until the end of your wedding day. The space is great for those “getting ready” photos and provides an ample amount of room including tables, chairs, and couches to relax. The bridal suite also includes floor standing mirrors and your own private restroom.
